Meet Chef Sagar, the visionary behind Everest Cuisine. With over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Sagar is a master of his craft. Born and raised in Nepal, he has a Diploma in Culinary Arts and has participated in numerous seminars and food shows throughout the world.
His love for adventure and curiosity led him on a year-long journey through Asia, from Singapore, and Indonesia, to Thailand, Malaysia, and India. This experience deeply influences his culinary style and helped shape him into the gifted chef that he is today.
Throughout his career, Chef Sagar has honed his skills in some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the Bay Area, Singapore, and Nepal. He has received multiple awards for his creations and once held the position of Executive Chef at the Villabali (in Singapore) and Indreni Foodland in Kathmandu, Nepal.
In 2015, Chef Sagar moved to San Francisco, where he gradually introduced his eclectic cooking style at various restaurants in the Bay Area.
At Everest Cuisine, Chef Sagar delights in introducing unique dishes that fuse traditional Nepalese and Indian flavors with contemporary techniques. Some of his popular dishes include Titanic Jhol Momo, Artichoke Pakoras, Nepalese Style Chowmein, Coconut Curry, Goat Curry, Tapioca Pudding, and more.

Meet Dip Jyoti Karki, also known as Deep, our Operations Manager at Everest Cuisine. Born and raised in Nepal, Deep has dedicated his career to the hospitality industry, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience in some of the best restaurants and resorts around the world.
After pursuing his hospitality degree at the Columbia Business School in Singapore, Deep began his career working for various restaurants in Singapore. He later joined Villa Bali Pvt. Ltd, one of the reputed resorts, bars, and restaurants in Singapore where he quickly climbed the ranks from Supervisor to Assistant Manager and eventually to Restaurant Manager within a short span of 3 years.
His expertise and passion for the industry led him to work as a Restaurant Manager in Dubai at Texas Roadhouse, an American chain restaurant that specializes in steaks. He continued his hospitality journey in the US by working as a manager at Lake Lanier Island in Atlanta, GA for 18 months.
At Everest Cuisine, Deep brings his wealth of experience as he leads and manages the restaurant by developing marketing strategies, and recruiting and training the staff. He oversees the food and produces quality, and creates delicious menus hand in hand with Chef Sagar.
His dedication to ensuring a remarkable experience for our guests is unwavering and we are grateful to have him as a part of our team.
